Career

Dr. Marco Berger studied law at the University of Bayreuth and the European University Viadrina. He then completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, including stations at the German Foreign Office (Consulate General Chicago, USA and Embassy Belgrade, Serbia) and at a globally active commercial law firm in Frankfurt am Main with a focus on banking law. After completing both state examinations in law, he worked as a lawyer at an international law firm in the field of litigation before starting his notarial traineeship. On March 1, 2024, he was appointed as a notary with official residence in Titisee-Neustadt. During his notarial traineeship, Dr. Marco Berger obtained his doctorate in law in the field of insurance supervisory law.
